RCI: guidance to create an entry
The register of persons holding a controlling interest in land or property (RCI) is a Registers of Scotland (RoS) register, required by law, that was launched on 1 April 2022.
The register shows who controls the decisions of owners or tenants (of more than 20 years) of land and property in Scotland. It is free to submit and free to search. You can find the register here.
