County executive county model constitution

This county model constitution has been approved by the Trustees of Girlguiding Scotland as the template for county constitutions. The model constitution does not need to be copied exactly, you should amend and tailor it to meet the needs of your county.

It is not expected that you will change your constitution to this model immediately. We would recommend that the county constitution is reviewed roughly every 5 years, or whenever there is a significant change within the county or in legislation. Please read the guidance notes while reviewing your constitution document.
