We developed WOWwoman after new research from Girlguiding found less than half of girls and young women ages 11 – 16 feel inspired by a role model often or most of the time, while for 17-21 year-olds this figure drops to just 40%.

By celebrating WOW women from all backgrounds and walks of life, we want to inspire the next generation of girls and young women to aim high.
