Civil engineering challenge

We’ve partnered with the The Institution of Civil Engineers to bring you this new challenge pack for Guides and Rangers! The Institution of Civil Engineers are dedicated to inspiring the next generation of civil engineers.

Through this challenge pack, you’ll gain valuable insights into the exciting world of civil engineering and discover what a career in this field truly entails. As well as learning about the career, you’ll have the chance to explore your local area and identify instances of civil engineering.

How does it work?

Within this pack, you have the opportunity to select from 8 activities. To earn the badge, participants must successfully complete a minimum of 2 activities over at least 2 unit meetings.

Once you have completed your activities fill in our feedback form to get your unique access link to order your badges from our online shop. The badges are free – you’ll only need to pay for postage.
