- Who is it for? This is for anyone who is working on their leader development programme or any leader who is interested in learning more about making sure guiding is inclusive.

- Know which forms can be used to support girls and volunteers
- Recognise examples of inclusive decision making and leadership
- Suggest ways to adapt activities and meetings
- Know how to report incidents of discrimination
