Our next Skills Builders for Commissioners session will focus on funding and will take place on Monday 8 November 2021, starting at 7.30pm, finishing no later than 9pm, and taking place via Zoom.

This is a session to assist district or division commissioners with supporting units to identify and access funding. It will include a short overview of funding available from Girlguiding Scotland including eligibility criteria, how to apply and where to get support with making an application. It’ll also cover what’s expected of commissioners when they’re asked to support applications for funding.

You will be given time to share the successes you’d had when applying for funding yourself and will discuss ways to encourage units to access the funds available.
