Engagement officer
Join our operations team and help to make a difference in the lives of thousands of girls across Scotland!
Salary: £20 – £22K per year depending on experience (£25 – £27.5K FTE)
Job type: 2 year fixed term contract
Hours: Part time, 28 hours per week
Location: At Girlguiding Scotland we have adopted a hybrid work model that supports a weekly blend of in-office and remote working. We’re based at Girlguiding Scotland HQ, 16 Coates Crescent, Edinburgh EH3 7AH.

This is a really exciting time to join Girlguiding Scotland. With nearly 40,000 young members we are the largest charity for girls and young women in Scotland. We’ve been around for over 100 years and have much to be proud of in that rich and vibrant history, but we know that to remain exciting and relevant to young people we must continually evolve.
The overall purpose of the role is:
- To lead on the delivery of our youth-led advocacy and campaign priorities
- To co-ordinate support for young members who represent us externally
- To help deliver a comprehensive ongoing plan for membership
engagement
